O pacote de criptografia foi atualizado pela última vez em 2015.
contexto: em vez de baixar IDEs e SDKs manualmente, sempre que possível, prefiro usar automação como: rVM, SDKman, snap e umake ou ubuntu make. O escopo desta questão é limitado a ferramentas como esta, como o apt e não a downloads manuais.
Como instalo Netbeans9+ usando umake?
Instalei umakecom aptpq snaptem problemas com umake.
O Java 11 foi instalado com SDKman, embora eu também tenha instalado 8.0.192-zulue 9.0.7-zulutambém.
O Ubuntu faz apenas instalações Netbeans8.2.
Como faço umakepara baixar o Netbeans 9?

Como faço para editar a GRUBsequência de inicialização de:
linux /boot/vmlinuz... quiet splash
para que ele inicialize no console? Eu tentei remover "quiet" e "splash", bem como adicionar "text". Também posso inicializar no modo de recuperação ou editar a sequência de inicialização.
Caso contrário, a inicialização trava na tela inicial.
