Tenho dois compartilhamentos samba no Kubuntu 24.04, um em uma partição ext4 e o outro em uma partição NTFS.

Quero acessá-los do Android. Lá, o VLC pode vê-los e acessá-los muito bem, ver os arquivos, reproduzir a mídia. Mas nenhum gerenciador de arquivos pode. Alguns podem mostrar os principais locais e pastas, mas não os arquivos, e alguns também dizem "Acesso negado".

O problema parece estar nas permissões.

Vejo isso no Samba Status:

Após a atualização da versão 24.04 para a 24.10, meu Samsung T7 portátil (Ext4) não é mais montado automaticamente quando o conecto à porta USB.

Quando eu o conecto, o nome do drive aparecerá em files/nautilus, mas o símbolo de ejeção não aparecerá e os programas não poderão acessá-lo. Quando eu clicar no nome do drive, ele será montado.

No entanto, se eu conectar um pendrive (Fat32), ele monta automaticamente perfeitamente.

Como devo tentar consertar isso?

Editar: Também tentei "Discos" e substituí a configuração normal da sessão, além de ativar "montagem automática na inicialização" para a unidade, mas isso não funcionou.

Já atualizei meus ca_certificates. Além disso, fiz o truque de substituir httpswith httpno arquivo sources e o peguei de volta. O problema persiste.

Então, para fazer isso, instalei o antigo kernel 5.15.150 e inicializei no modo de recuperação, mas tudo foi destruído (aplicativos não abrindo, gnome com bugs, WiFi não funcionando). tenho um problema com meu WIFI

funciona bem após reiniciar por 8 a 10 minutos, mas depois começa a reconectar, perde a conexão e assim por diante

esse problema começou após a atualização do kernel no meu antigo Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS e descobri que meu WIFI funcionava de forma estável apenas no kernel 5.15.0-76-generic, então o usei

quando atualizei para o Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS, esperava que isso resolvesse meu problema, mas mesmo a última atualização do kernel 6.8.0-48-generic não ajudou

Eu tentei copiar a pasta do driver do kernel 5.15.0-76-generic para o novo kernel (ChatGPT ajudou), então tentei surfacego-wifi - sem resultado

agora tenho duas opções

  1. trabalhar com cabo ethernet
  2. mudar para o sistema operacional/kernel antigo

mas eu gosto do novo Ubuntu 24, então por favor me ajude a consertar esse problema

Usei o X11 até o Ubuntu 24.04 porque o Wayland tinha problemas de compatibilidade com minha configuração. No entanto, devido a algumas tarefas específicas e ao suporte aprimorado do Wayland para gráficos NVIDIA no 24.10, decidi mudar para o Wayland.

O Wayland definitivamente inicializa mais rápido e oferece uma experiência mais suave em aplicativos como o Nautilus. No entanto, notei alguns problemas: pressionar a tecla Super/Win na tela principal causa animações instáveis, mesmo sem aplicativos em segundo plano em execução. Além disso, ao conectar um monitor externo via HDMI, sinto atraso em todo o sistema no GNOME, incluindo ao rolar no Chrome ou executar outras tarefas no monitor secundário. Curiosamente, tudo funciona perfeitamente no X11 sem esses problemas.

Minha configuração inclui um laptop Lenovo Legion com um i7-10750H, 16 GB de RAM e uma GPU móvel RTX 2060, executando drivers proprietários da NVIDIA versão 560. O Ubuntu é instalado em um SSD NVMe.

Há algo que eu possa ajustar para melhorar esse desempenho ou isso é simplesmente uma limitação que terei que aceitar com o Wayland?

Estou tentando instalar o Ubuntu 24.04. Como tenho uma partição do Windows, escolhi o particionamento manual. Preciso escolher uma unidade para instalar o bootloader. Duas unidades estão listadas: meu disco rígido e meu pendrive USB. Obviamente, quero instalar o bootloader no disco rígido, mas ele está esmaecido e só consigo selecionar o USB (veja a imagem).

No meu disco rígido, há uma partição de 104Mo que indiquei que quero usar como /boot com formato VFAT. Pensei que talvez fosse muito pequena, mas mesmo se eu colocasse uma partição /boot VFAT maior, o disco rígido ainda ficaria acinzentado... (Também usarei sda6 como minha partição raiz, mas quando eu a defino, isso não muda nada)

Instalei o Ubuntu várias vezes e é a primeira vez que enfrento esse problema... Não tenho ideia do que pode ser o problema.

Você poderia me dizer como consertar isso?

EDIT: Conforme sugerido por @user68186, excluir as partições raiz e swap no USB ativo usando o gparted antes da instalação tornou possível selecionar meu disco rígido para o bootloader.

O rasgo na tela aparece em uma linha horizontal específica, cerca de dois terços abaixo da tela (veja a foto abaixo).

O problema desaparece se eu mudar a resolução de 4K para 2K e de volta para 4K, então o que quer que aconteça durante a mudança de resolução parece ter um efeito positivo. No entanto, o screen tearing aparece novamente após reiniciar o sistema.

Anexei uma foto tirada com meu telefone, pois não consegui capturar um vídeo ou uma captura de tela usando o software integrado.

  • Estou em uma instalação completamente nova no Ubuntu 24.04.1
  • Driver proprietário da Nvidia 550
  • Nvidia RTX 4070
