A webcam BRIO 4K Stream não relata resoluções mais altas na máquina Windows-10-Pro, enquanto na máquina Windows-10-Home tudo funciona bem.
Alguma ideia de como solucionar esse problema?
O que eu tentei até agora:
- Pegue o driver da webcam da máquina em funcionamento e instale na máquina problemática
- Atualize o Windows para a versão mais recente
- Use a API windows-media-foundation para listar modos em vez de directshow
- Google para questões específicas do logitech brio e qualquer coisa relacionada que me veio à mente
- Problema aberto no site de suporte da logitech
- Hub usb3 conectado antes da webcam
- Tentei todas as portas USB da placa-mãe
- Câmera conectada à porta usb3.0 na Geforce RTC 2070 via cabo USB-c para USB-c
