将 ubuntu 23.04 升级到 23.10 后,我的电脑没有完全关机

当我收到 ubuntu 升级到 Ububntu 23.10 后,发生了很多问题。我修复了大部分问题,最后一个问题是,当我关闭电脑时,它永远不会关闭。屏幕和键盘已关闭,但电脑仍在运行,风扇仍在运行。当我重新启动时也是同样的情况,它永远不会重新启动。在这次升级之前,我的电脑运行得很好。

我还尝试使用刻录有 Ubuntu 23.10 的 live USB,发现 live USB 也会出现此问题。我真的不知道问题是什么,我尝试更新升级并重新安装 nvidia-driver,但没有任何效果。我卸下了 BIOS 电池并重置了 CMOS,但也不起作用。仅当我运行 Ubuntu 23.10 时才会出现此问题,其他发行版不会出现此问题。

我有 ubuntu 22,它工作正常。今天我打开它,发现没有找到终端,而且ubuntu的dock也不在正确的位置。我找到了它,它的形状不一样。我需要一些帮助,拜托。我没有时间再次重新安装 ubuntu,而且我在当前损坏的 ubuntu 上有很多程序和配置 :(
