两个流都不能在 VLC/mplayer/ffplay 上播放：

• 使用 Debian 11
• Ubuntu 21.04，XUbuntu 21.04 Live-Version（我试图拥有一个干净的系统）

问题一定是 Ubuntu 的新基础，新的 Debian 11，因为那里也不可能打开流。

我用mplayer、vlc（在Pi和Linux中为3.012，App版本为3.3.4）、ffmpeg……但结果是一样的。

端口是否在 Ubuntu/Debian 中被阻止，或者我有什么特别的事情要做，这样我才能玩 rtsp-steams？

自动隐藏不再按预期工作。隐藏和未隐藏之间存在延迟。这很烦人。

在 XFCE-panel-properties 我选择自动隐藏模式：总是

但是使用 Always-Mode 我有超过 2 秒的延迟！在智能模式下，没有可识别的延迟。

如何将自动隐藏延迟更改为零？

我试过这个： Xfce Panels - Change autohide delay? 但它什么也没做。
