XPS 9310 Developer Edition 连接到 WD19TB 坞站时无法启动

当XPS 9310 DE 笔记本电脑(使用戴尔预装的 Ubuntu 20.04 以及所有更新,包括笔记本电脑和坞站的 LVFS 更新)关闭并连接到WD19TB坞站时,当我打开它时它不会启动。

当我按下电源按钮(在笔记本电脑或扩展坞上)时,笔记本电脑上的屏幕变为活动状态,显示戴尔徽标,但只是无限期地保持这种状态。

如果我按住电源按钮 10 秒以上,计算机可能会被强制关闭。当我在强制关闭后再次启动它时,我看到了戴尔徽标,但计算机继续运行,我看到的下一个屏幕是 GRUB 启动菜单。从那里我可以选择“Ubuntu”,计算机正常启动没有问题。

使一切正常的另一种方法是在启动计算机之前,从笔记本电脑上拔下 Thunderbolt 电缆。然后它正常启动,我可以再次连接 Thunderbolt 电缆,一切正常。

我正在寻找一种解决方案,这样我总是可以让笔记本电脑连接到扩展坞,并在第一次尝试时让它正常启动(没有强制关机或断开/重新连接)。

我已经查找了 dmsg 或 syslogs,但没有看到任何东西,这是有道理的,因为它并没有走得太远。我很感激任何解决这个问题的想法,甚至只是替代调试方法。

我有一台新的 Dell Precission 5540 笔记本电脑,我连接到我的 LG 34WK95 显示器。在 Windows 中,我得到完整的 5120x2160@60hz 分辨率,但在 Ubuntu 中,我能得到的最好分辨率是 3440x1440。显示器通过迅雷 (usb-c) 连接。

有谁知道如何解决这一问题?或者至少我应该在哪里提交错误报告。
