为什么开发版本中的 apt-get 更新较慢？

当我更新 apt-get 宇宙 repo 需要很长时间才能下载时，我通常最大速度约为 130kbps，可以在一分钟内轻松下载约 4mb，但它会在每秒一个字节和 30kpbs 之间跳过（而且我没有运行任何在我更新时会占用我带宽的东西）。更新 lucid 很好，不到 10 秒，为什么现在需要 10 分钟...

  1. 发生这种情况是因为每个文件夹中的 Packages.gz 都很大并且现在经常更改。发布后，它将与 Lucid 相同。此外，尝试为您找到最快的服务器（在镜像选择对话框中）。

    我相信这样做的原因比 Extender 已经说过的要多一些。如果您查看终端的输出，您会看到以下几行条目：

    Hit http://country.archive.ubuntu.com maverick/universe Sources

    在开发期间，“universe”部分（还有“restricted”、“multiverse”和“main”部分）中的每个包更新都需要更改此文件。但是，在发布后，这些文件不再更新，而是您将看到来自以下位置的更新：

    Hit http://country.archive.ubuntu.com maverick-updates/universe Sources

    因为只有相当小比例的软件包在发布后更新，所以这个文件比发布时发布的文件要小得多，并且在开发期间使用。

    现在 Ubuntu (Maverick) 10.10 已经发布，那么更新应该会快得多。
