    我无法解决这个问题，但我设法编译，pyconf.h 需要 arm-linux-gnueabihf-hf pyconf.h，所以我在我的 ARM 设备中安装了 python2.7 和 python3.5 开发包（python-dev和 python3-dev) 并将其复制回我的 PC 中它正在寻找这些 pyconf.h 文件的位置。不优雅，我不喜欢它，但它有效。
