我正在尝试安装需要 ffmpeg-libs 和需要 libgcrypt 的 ffmpeg-devel。systemd 需要 Libgcrypt，它是受保护的包，无法卸载。Libgcrypt-1.8.5-4.el8 是比 libgcrypt-1.5.3-14.el7 更新的版本。

如何进行ffmpeg-devel？它已经持续了3天。
