我相信我的IP地址和端口号没有改变，改变的是teredo的状态......我注意到teredo接口IP号没有直接改变，但它的状态移动到禁用（或离线或任何状态）然后它使用新的 IP 地址重新启动...这是默认行为还是有问题（在 RFC 中没有提及）
