.net Framework 不会安装在 Server 2003 SP2 x64 上

当我在租用的 VPS 上安装 .net Framework 3.5 SP1 时，我收到安装失败的消息。这是安装了 SP2（64 位）的 Server 2003 VPS。.net Framework v 2.0 安装正确。

我该如何解决？
