Estou tentando instalar o postgresql em uma nova máquina Ubuntu 24.04. Estou surpreso que depois

Até onde eu sei, esse pacote deve estar disponível e o acima é inesperado. Devo ter feito algo para bagunçar minha máquina, mas não tenho certeza do que. Qualquer ajuda é bem-vinda.
