O sistema de gerenciamento de pacotes está confuso em relação à arquitetura

Acho que errei alguma coisa no meu sistema de pacotes. Tentei chegar a algum tipo de estado "básico", usei https://repogen.simplylinux.ch/generate.php para obter um novo source.list. Mudei o nome /etc/apt/sources.list.d/para /etc/apt/sources.list.d.savepara tirar isso do caminho. Mas agora quando eu

sudo apt-get update

Estou recebendo muitas mensagens como

Estou tendo um sistema amd64 com Kubuntu 14.4.
