Quero encontrar o IP dos Grupos Multicast aos quais me juntei. Mas, todos os IP's obtidos de netstat -ng são estes:

todos esses IPs são genéricos (todos os nós e similares) e quero saber em qual rede exatamente estou. Encontrei algo com o nmap tho:
