Como posso obter o valor LUF final com FFmpeg?

Estou usando o FFmpeg para obter o valor LUF de um arquivo de áudio, mas obter uma tonelada de saída. Eu só quero o valor LUF do limite integrado final perto da parte inferior da saída e tive algum sucesso usando grep e regex, mas estou me perguntando se existe uma maneira melhor usando apenas FFmpeg?

E eu quero obter o -24.3valor numérico LUFS perto da parte inferior. Eu tentei:

com algum sucesso, mas estou procurando uma maneira mais eficiente de fazer isso.
