如何获得最高（最大）成本、最低（最低）成本以及每个发生的日期？

我需要找到给定日期范围内表格（有很多部分）中每个部分的最高成本和最低成本。并输出记录每个成本的日期。

    要获得每个部分的结果，您显然需要在某个地方按部分分组，而我在您的尝试中看不到这一点。
