  • 环境：在戴尔 Inspiron 5567 笔记本电脑上全新安装 Ubuntu 20.04。
  • 安装的相关软件：安装了VLC和FFmpeg（这些都没有问题）
  • 问题：耳机没有声音。
  • 最近对系统的更改：安装了 ubuntu-restricted-extras。
  • 更多细节：声音适用于内置扬声器。在耳机上，当声音应该出现时，会出现一次微弱的流行声音。就是这样。它检测为耳机并显示它在设置中发出声音，并显示声音正在按比例运行。[附图片]
  • 特别说明：在 Ubuntu 20.04 实时会话上，一切正常，并且在同一耳机、同一台笔记本电脑上工作。
  • 尝试过的解决方案：删除 ubuntu-restricted-extras 并不能解决问题。试图修复它alsamixer没有运气。pulseaudio显示与声音设置显示相同的结果。
