vlc-masterlibvlccore9 PPA中的包正在尝试安装，它应该由./usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libvlccore.so.9.0.0libvlccore8

    为了解决这些问题，我跑了

    rm -rf /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libvlccore.so.9.0.0
apt-get --purge --yes remove '*vlc*'

    这种严厉的做法最终消除了 VLC 的所有痕迹。从那时起，我想我可以重新添加它。但随后，真正的问题可能一直都出现了。PPA 中的内部版本字符串被破坏了。

    为了使您的系统进入一致性状态，您必须手动删除libvlccore.so.9.0.0，否则 dpkg 将无法继续。
