    尝试尝试@Doug Smythie 的回答并重新启用 intel-pstate 调节器并重新启动,我的处理器现在以几乎完全的处理能力以最佳方式工作。

    我所要做的就是 /etc/default/grub 文件并将 GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT 更改为 GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="intel_pstate=enable quiet splash"

    一旦我重新启动并测试了我的 CPU 速度,它就很好了。重启几次就卡住了。
