蓝牙在 Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS 上找不到耳机

与这个问题类似，我无法将我的新耳机（Marshall Major III）与我的笔记本电脑配对，因为我找不到该设备。我可以将耳机连接到我的手机 (XperiaL1)，我的笔记本电脑可以检测到我的手机。我阅读了其他答案，并尝试了这个解决方案：

rfkill block bluetooth
sudo service bluetooth stop
sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth

没有改变。最奇怪的是昨天我的耳机被检测到并连接到我的笔记本电脑！

    Marshall Major III 需要进入可发现模式，蓝牙才能检测到它。

    开机后，按住（一个）按钮，直到听到第二个声音，包括两个音调。片刻之后，耳机出现在列表中。

    我想这适用于许多其他蓝牙设备。
