    我自己解决了这个问题。我刚刚重新安装了pip。

    首先我卸载了pip

    sudo apt-get remove --purge python-pip
sudo apt-get autoremove && sudo apt-get autoclean && sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update

    之后我刚刚重新安装了点子

    sudo apt-get install python-pip
sudo pip install requests

    它有效。

  2. 临时修复它：

    pip install requests -i http://a.b.com/pypi/simple --trusted-host a.b.com

    永久修复：

    linux 操作系统：在 ~/.pip/pip.conf 中添加这些（如果不存在则创建它）

index-url = http://a.b.com/pypi/simple
[install]
trusted-host = a.b.com

    ps：http://a.b.com/pypi/simple你的proxy_http_address
