    您需要将 ftp 的 ACCEPT 置于 REJECT all 之上。具体这一行

    -A INPUT -m state --state NEW -p tcp --dport 21 -j ACCEPT

    需要超越这条线

    -A INPUT -j REJECT --reject-with icmp-host-prohibited

    /etc/syconfig/iptables根据您所关注的文档在您的文件中。
