    删除您的速率限制数据库。这只是 exim 使用速率限制状态信息维护的本地 db4 缓存文件的奇特名称（因为它是一个 db 文件而不在内存中，状态可以在 exim 重新启动和服务器重新启动后继续存在）。

    在基于 rpm 的系统上，它可能位于/var/spool/exim/db/ratelimit*. 我建议你先停止exim，我的意思是完全停止它。在基于 rpm 的系统上，这意味着service exim stop; service exim stop（没错，两次）。然后删除包含 ratelimit.lockfile 的文件（如果存在）。然后启动 exim 备份，它会在需要时再次创建 ratelimit 缓存文件。
