VMWare 网络问题

我在 VMWare 工作站 6.5 下作为来宾安装了 WS 2008。网络设置为桥接，所有防火墙都关闭。我看到网络有一些非常奇怪的问题（主要通过 ping 证明）。

这是网络设置：

主机电脑“鲍里斯”192.168.0.2（静态IP）

访客（虚拟）电脑“Boris-ws2008”192.168.0.72（路由器分配的动态ip）

两台电脑的网关都设置为 192.168.0.1（NetGear 路由器），并且一切都在同一个子网上。路由器在路由表中正确列出了“Boris”和“Boris-ws2008”，所有相关的电脑都可以ping通路由器，可以毫无问题地上网。

问题：

从来宾“Boris-ws2008”中，我无法通过名称或 ip ping 主机“Boris”，出现以下错误：

使用 32 字节数据 Ping 192.168.0.2：来自 192.168.0.72 的回复：无法访问目标主机。

从主机“Boris”我可以通过 ip ping “Boris-ws2008”，但不能通过名称，得到以下错误：

Ping 请求找不到主机 boris-ws2008。

真正奇怪的一点：奇怪的是，从网络上的另一台计算机上，我可以成功地 ping 和远程桌面，而无需打扰“Boris-ws2008”WTF！？

有任何想法吗？
