为什么 nginx 不遵守客户端的 Cache-Control 请求？

我的 nginx 平衡器中有一个缓存指令，没有任何特殊设置。
我发现当我在浏览器中按 CTRL-F5 时，所有资源都使用Cache-Control:no-cache标头进行请求，但 nginx 仍然使用缓存内容进行回复。

nginx 的设计是否只尊重后端服务器缓存标头而不尊重客户端缓存标头？

    Nginx 根据proxy_cache_bypass设置跳过请求的缓存。为了防止在设置时从缓存中获取请求Cache-Control: no-cache，您可以在设置中添加以下内容：

    • 至http{}，旁边为proxy_cache_path： 
        map $http_cache_control $skip_cache_header {
    default 0;
    no-cache 1;
  }
    • 到站点配置，旁边是proxy_cache： 
      proxy_cache_bypass $skip_cache_header;

    请注意，这不会更新服务器上的缓存元素，并且没有此标头的请求将继续从旧缓存中接收数据。
