Você precisa instalar a versão do Debian do
debian-archive-keyring, o pacote que contém as chaves do arquivo. Atualmente você tem o Ubuntu. (debian-keyringcontém as chaves dos desenvolvedores.)Você provavelmente terá que baixá-lo manualmente e instalá-lo usando
