Minha esposa comprou este laptop há um tempo e o Bluetooth nunca funcionou nele com o Kubuntu. O Bluetooth Manager parece estar funcionando, mas nunca detecta dispositivos bluetooth. O laptop também não pode ser detectado por outros dispositivos. Já realizei as seguintes etapas de localização de falhas que não corrigiram a falha:

Também segui a busca por falhas neste post aqui, que também não corrigiu a falha: Bluetooth não encontra nenhum dispositivo (Ubuntu 18.04)
O Blueman reage de forma semelhante ao gerenciador de bluetooth padrão: ele mostra os dados sendo enviados e recebidos, mas nenhum dispositivo aparece na lista.
