Eu queria que meu firewall funcionasse e usei:
sudo ufw enable
depois disso, meu cliente de torrent parou de propagar, minha /ets/nginxpasta desapareceu e eu nem sei o que aconteceu ... então fiz um:
sudo apt-get purge ufw

Estou usando o roteador Archer C2 v1 00000002 (modelo), Ubuntu 18.04, IP público ipv4, ipv6 desativado no roteador, qBittorrent v4.1.9.1, mas também tentei o cliente de transmissão sem resultados diferentes
Eu não sou muito de rede, então se alguém puder me ajudar a semear novamente sem quebrar mais nada, eu ficaria grato! se algum log ou algo for necessário, por favor me avise e eu postarei imediatamente. Essas foram as primeiras coisas que me vieram à cabeça...
