Velocidade da Internet Ethernet travada em 100 Mbps para conexão Gigabit [Ubuntu 20.04 e 21.10]

Minha velocidade de internet na porta Ethernet está travada em ~ 100 Mbps no wifi, recebo mais de 500 Mbps, minha internet roda em Gigabit e tenho largura de banda total no Pop OS ao vivo, janelas na mesma máquina e fio.

O problema não é com o fio e o roteador, mas com o Ubuntu 20.04 e 21.10 com certeza.

Estou usando o cabo CAT 7

Eu tentei de tudo e até tentei atualizar para 20.10 sem sorte, qual poderia ser o problema aqui

    Finalmente encontrei uma solução que pode ser útil para outros.

    Bug comum conhecido https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-oem-5.10/+bug/1930754

    A solução é passar um parâmetro do kernel "pcie_aspm=off" para o grub.

    sudo nano /etc/default/grub 

# Edit the following line and add pcie_aspm=off

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="splash pcie_aspm=off"

sudo update-grub
