No gnome-terminal
Ubuntu Unity 16.04 LTS, o menu funciona para todos os três recursos de zoom no menu Exibir :
- Mais Zoom
- Reduzir o zoom
- Tamanho normal
Apenas duas teclas de atalho funcionam:
- Ctrl+ Shift+ +funciona para aumentar o zoom
- Ctrl+ -funciona para diminuir o zoom .
Tentando restaurar o tamanho normal , descobri que Ctrl+ oou Ctrl+ Shift+ Onão funciona. Essas combinações de teclas são executadas como se o Enterfosse usado.

Atalhos de teclado personalizados
- Eu acredito que estes são padrão. Pelo menos não me lembro de trocá-los.
- Revisei todos os outros atalhos e o Ctrl+ onão aparece.

Alguma pista?
O atalho padrão para restaurar o zoom no gnome-terminal, como em muitos outros aplicativos, é Ctrl+ 0( zero )
Você pode alterá-lo nas preferências do gnome-terminal , ou seja, nem no inputrc nem entre os atalhos globais da área de trabalho.
