Não consigo acessar meu site após a atualização do servidor para 18.04 de 16.04 (droplet)

Quando entro no meu domínio recebo:

No meu log de erros, encontrei isso:

/var/www/html/.htaccess: Invalid command 'php_value', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration, referer: https://www.google.lv/

Tentando ver se esse link pode me ajudar.

Eu corri: sudo apachectl -te consegui syntax ok. Não posso executar sudo apache2 -X -f /etc/apache2/httpd.confporque não tenho um httpd.confarquivo. Se eu correr: service apachectl starteu receboFailed to start apachectl.service: Unit apachectl.service not found.

Qualquer ajuda sobre como acessar meu site novamente será muito apreciada. Eu tenho acesso SSH via WinSCP e Putty.
