HP NC523SFP nenhum link detectado

Eu tenho dois HP NC523SFP 10Gb 2 portas (1 em um HP DL380e Gen8 e outro em Dell PowerEdge 2950) ambos os sistemas têm Centos 7, as placas são detectadas e estão executando o mesmo firmware. Conectei diretamente os servidores com cabo 10Gtek SFP-H10GB-CU2M que de acordo com alguns outros posts encontrados online parece compatível (tentei também com cabo 10Gtek SFP-H10GB-CU2M) mas o problema é que o link não é detectado entre as duas placas.. Nos outros dois slots dessas placas eu tenho os adaptadores de fibra 10Gtek AXS85-192-M3-Cisco2 estes estão conectados a um switch Cisco com um cabo de fibra LC-SC mas nenhum destes obtém o link detectado. O que posso verificar? Eu tentei forçar a velocidade do link, mas recebo "Operação não permitida" notei que na Dell o cabo de cobre é detectado como "Porta: Outro"
