Eu estava usando awk 'NR==FNR{a[$0]=$0;next}a[$0]'
para manter a sobreposição com a primeira coluna, mas preciso da linha inteira quando elas correspondem às duas primeiras colunas (chr e pos).
Você deve apenas testar se as duas primeiras colunas são chaves da matriz, em vez de testar a linha inteira com
$0
.
